
Cyberspace is the common home for humanity. Centering on the theme of “jointly building a community with a shared future in cyberspace”, the Chinese Academy of Cyberspace Studies, Xinhua Institute, China Foreign Affairs University, and World Internet Conference Digital & AI Academy jointly invite renowned experts from international organizations, global think tanks, research institutes, etc. to contribute original research papers, with a view to presenting and exchanging valuable insights to promote global sustainable development and sound governance of cyberspace.

8. Prevent risks in cyberspace and safeguard peace and security in cyberspace
9. Build a fairer and more equitable cyberspace governance system
10. Improve law-based cyberspace governance
11. Enhance online cultural exchanges and mutual learning among Internet civilizations

III. Submission requirements
We welcome original academic papers centering on one or several key points above with a title of the author’s own choice. The paper, in either Chinese or English, shall include an abstract, keywords, text, citations and references. Each submission, with scientific, innovative and forward-looking thinking, shall be between 3,000 and 5,000 words (excluding abstract, citations and references). Submissions should be submitted exclusively to this process and unpublished previously, adhering to academic norms and standards.

IV. Selection and publication
Papers will be evaluated and reviewed by a professional panel. Selected works will be presented at international events such as the 2026 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit. We will also select some papers to be published in the Chinese Journal of Cyberspace. Kindly note that the editorial office reserves the right to edit selected submissions. If no notice of acceptance is received before October 30, 2026, authors can handle their submissions independently.
