Call for Submissions: 2026 International Cooperation Cases in Cyberspace

In Jingdezhen, China, the "Digital Ceramic City" enables the millennia-old kiln fire to meet the world through the cloud.

In Ghana, a School on Internet Governance is nurturing Africa's digital leaders.

In Italy, ARTES 4.0 is advancing cross-border cooperation in robotics.

These stories of international digital cooperation practices were vividly shared at Wuzhen Summit last year, capturing the world's attention.

To encourage active international exchanges and cooperation in cyberspace, the World Internet Conference (WIC) has annually invited global stakeholders to submit Practice Cases of Jointly Building a Community with a Shared Future in Cyberspace since 2021. The top Outstanding Cases which have more international influence and inclusive value will be released at the WIC Wuzhen Summit.

Today, the 2026 global call for case submissions is officially launched. The world is eager to hear your story!

Critical Dates

Apply before: 15 June 2026, 24:00 (Beijing Time)

Timeline

Phase 1: Global Call for Submissions (Now – June 2026)

Submit bilingual (Chinese-English) materials via the online portal.

Phase 2: Expert Review (July - August 2026)

A panel of authoritative global experts will evaluate and select approximately 60 cases for inclusion in the Case Collection, of which around 12 will be recognized as Outstanding Cases. 

Phase 3: Preparation for Release (September 2026 – Pre-Summit)

Work with professional teams to prepare for on-site presentations at the Wuzhen Summit.

Phase 4: Global Announcement (2026 WIC Wuzhen Summit)

Outstanding Cases will be officially released during the Wuzhen Summit and broadcast via global live stream.
