Driving digital future through its DO1440 strategy

Right now, Jazz is advancing its comprehensive digital transformation through its DO1440 strategy, with cumulative investments exceeding $10.9 billion. The company continues to expand across key areas — including mobile broadband, fintech, cloud computing, cybersecurity and digital lifestyle services. Its mobile wallet, JazzCash, has reached 50 million registered users, providing tens of millions of people with secure and convenient access to financial services and significantly enhancing social inclusion.

From connectivity provider to "digital life partner"

Jazz's vision extends beyond connectivity alone. The company aspires to become a 24/7 digital partner in the daily lives of users. FikrFree: AI-driven innovation in digital health, insurance

In 2024, Jazz launched FikrFree, an artificial intelligence–powered platform designed to improve access to healthcare and insurance, with a particular focus on rural women and underserved communities.

Integrating online medical consultations, medicine deliveries and personalized insurance services, the platform sold more than five million insurance policies in just four months — emerging as a landmark innovation in Pakistan's digital health sector.

Diverse digital ecosystem with broad social impact

Through the establishment of independent business entities focused on artificial intelligence, digital enterprises and innovation, Jazz continues to expand its footprint across sectors — including health technology, education technology, digital insurance and agricultural digitalization.

From the Bakhabar Kisan application that empowers farmers to initiatives like FikrFree that advance digital health and financial security, Jazz is leveraging technology as a core engine of impact — playing a pivotal role in Pakistan's journey toward a digital future.

In 2024, the World Internet Conference established the WIC Distinguished Contribution Award to recognize individuals and enterprises that have made outstanding contributions in global internet-related fields. 

To date, 12 leading figures and 26 well-known business enterprises from around the world have received the award.

For enterprises, the award features three categories — Social Contribution, Innovation Breakthrough, and Growth Potential. 

The awarded companies span a wide range of sectors — including internet platforms, mobile communications, artificial intelligence, chip designs, energy and power and cybersecurity. 

Together, they depict a diverse and thriving internet ecosystem, encouraging more outstanding enterprises to engage in the development of the internet and to jointly explore the limitless possibilities of the digital future.
