He highlighted that embodied intelligence is transitioning from technical validation to practical applications, becoming increasingly integrated into real-world scenarios. He emphasized its role as a new frontier in global technological competition, noting its significant potential for industrial transformation as well as the challenges it presents in technology, data, application, and ethics.

To seize opportunities and address risks, Ren called for open-source collaboration and the building of an innovation ecosystem that ensures open-source achievements benefit a wider range of countries and regions. He also stressed the need for joint construction and sharing of high-quality datasets, stronger safeguards for security and ethics, and multi-stakeholder governance to ensure the trustworthy and sustainable development of embodied intelligence.

He urged deeper international cooperation and efforts to bring together international organizations, enterprises, universities, and think tanks to build global platforms and networks for exchange, so as to promote complementary strengths and mutual benefits.

He stressed the WIC remains committed to addressing key challenges such as artificial intelligence governance and data development. The WIC will strengthen its role as a platform by sharing cutting-edge technological advances in embodied intelligence, convening forums, conducting joint research, and sharing best practices to promote responsible and sustainable development in this field.
