Sun Daguang: Promoting cultural heritage digitalization to bolster exchanges and mutual learning
At the press conference for the 2025 World Internet Conference Cultural Heritage Digitalization Forum, Sun Daguang, head of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China Shaanxi Provincial Committee, highlighted the achievements made by the province in cultural heritage preservation and the future plan to advance digital innovation and foster exchanges.
Sun highlighted that the forum is set to serve as a platform to deepen cooperation, advance culture-technology integration, and contribute to mutual learning among civilizations.
The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
