The international reception of the Academy’s 2024–2025 capacity-building programs and shared insights from need assessments were covered at the meeting, while feedback from participants highlighted notable improvements in digital literacy, especially in emerging theoretical frameworks and applied skills in digital intelligence. Participants expressed a strong desire for future programs to incorporate more topics and case studies that reflect the contexts and challenges of developing countries, in order to better support their national development.

In response to participants’ feedback, the meeting provided updates on upcoming capacity-building programs and called on partners to further enhance the relevance and practical orientation of their participation models and curriculum design. The aim is to more precisely address the concerns of participants from developing countries. Representatives from partners actively consulted on specific areas of involvement and shared ideas for the next steps for collaboration. Representatives from the Academy addressed their inquiries and provided clarifications.
