She has conducted research on female leadership, social responsibility of Chinese MNEs. Currently, she is one of leading members of the research project "Economic Cooperation between China and the Belt and Road" countries at the University of International Business and Economics.she also conducted workshops and seminars on the following topics: "Enhancing Female Entrepreneurial Leadership in the Digital Age", Women Entrepreneurs Empowerment Project, UN Women; "Social Entrepreneurial Leadership", the Falcon Project of the Youchange Rural Development Foundation.
The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
