Li Chaoqun

Li Chaoqun is a cultural digitalization expert with over 10 years of experience in artificial intelligence (AI) product applications. She has long focused on utilizing advanced technologies such as AI, AR/VR, digital humans, gaming technology, and blockchain to promote the digital protection, inheritance, and revitalization of cultural heritage. Under her leadership, Tencent's Digital Central Axis project has been deeply involved in the preparation for the Beijing Central Axis' bidding for the UNESCO World Heritage status over the past three years. This  project marks the first time China has used digital technology throughout the entire application process, making digitalization a key innovation in the Central Axis' bidding effort, and opening new paths for the protection and transmission of cultural heritage.

The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
