To further create a business environment conducive to the development of the cross-border e-commerce industry and promote successful experiences and best practices, the World Internet Conference (WIC) began a study on cross-border e-commerce competitiveness in early 2024. Supported by its member units and the WIC Working Group on Cross-Border E-Commerce, the research findings were released during the 2024 WIC Wuzhen Summit.

This report focuses on the competitiveness of cross-border e-commerce in logistics enterprises. It evaluates 50 global leaders, and has developed a research indicator system to measure cross-border e-commerce competitiveness. Using official data, industry surveys, and expert interviews, each indicator has been quantified and analyzed, with methods such as the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) applied to systematically analyze the data and assess each logistics enterprise's competitiveness. The report analyzes and summarizes common practices and case studies of logistics enterprises with competitive advantages, offering valuable insights for other businesses to expand their cross-border e-commerce operations, and creating more opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises worldwide.
