Danil Kerimi
(Turkmenistan)

Danil Kerimi has extensive experience in international affairs, currently serving as a member of the Independent Advisory Oversight Committee of the World Intellectual Property Organization, and has held positions at the United Nations, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, the International Organization for Migration and other international institutions. During his time at the World Economic Forum, he led the development of the Global Network of Centers for Technology Governance in collaboration with a number of Eurasian governments and business leaders. With a background of combined expertise in policy and technology, he has furthered his studies or research at Shandong University, the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna, Harvard University, Stanford University, and the Technical University of Munich, among others.

The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
