WIC Working Group on Data Wuzhen Dialogue was hosted by Liang Hao, executive deputy secretary-general of the WIC and head of the WIC Working Group on Data. Lee Xiaodong, deputy head and convener of the working group and founder of Fuxi Institution, made a presentation on the progress and future working plan of the group.

Nearly 50 renowned experts and scholars from the global data field and high-level representatives of WIC member organizations participated in the dialogue to conduct in-depth discussions and exchanges on policy and technical issues in key areas of international data cooperation, such as cross-border data flow, generative artificial intelligence and data sharing, and data infrastructure.

The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
