As an integral part of the World Internet Conference (WIC) Wuzhen Summit, the Release and Presentation of Outstanding Cases of Jointly Building a Community with a Shared Future in Cyberspace has gradually become an important platform for promoting international exchanges and cooperation in cyberspace since the event was first held in 2021.

A total of 13 outstanding cases were ultimately chosen in 2023. These cases demonstrated a high level of alignment with the stated principles, had significant international influence, showcased remarkable social value, and offered diverse presentation formats.

The event showcases the global practices of exchanges and cooperation in cyberspace from different aspects. Here are the outstanding cases that stood out in 2023.

The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
