Ayaz, a leading project manager for localization at the Khan Academy in Azerbaijan, owns a startup company called Inskillz that develops education projects committed to cultivating digital literacy among students and teachers. He believes that the World Internet Conference provides an excellent opportunity for him to network with experts of international influence in the internet industry. When talking about the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in work and study, he said that for students who live in remote rural areas and have not had the opportunity to develop digital literacy, they probably don't have any idea about AI. Therefore, it is necessary to remove digital divide between rural and urban areas before talking about using AI to boost digital skills.

The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
