On August 22, Secretary-General Ren Xianliang was invited to attend the 50th Anniversary Gala Dinner of the US-China Business Council (USCBC).
At the meeting, Ren Xianliang had an exchange with Craig Allen, President of USCBC.
Ren Xianliang pointed out that USCBC has long supported the Wuzhen Summit and made important contributions to promoting exchanges and cooperation in cyberspace.
He said that this year marks the 10th Wuzhen Summit and invited Mr. Allen to attend this year’s Summit.
Mr. Allen said that he will actively support the activities of the WIC and looks forward to attending this year’s Wuzhen Summit.
The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
