To ensure public health safety during the 2022 World Internet Conference, the following notice is implemented according to relevant regulations on COVID-19 prevention and control in Zhejiang province. All attendees shall fully understand and comply with them.
I. Before the Conference
1. Attendees should conduct health self-monitoring 7 days before arriving at Wuzhen, and scan the QR code at the end of the notice on the registration day to truthfully fill in and submit health information.
2. Attendees from regions outside of Zhejiang Province should apply for Zhejiang Health Code and prepare Itinerary Code in advance.
3. On the registration day, attendees should provide 2 negative PCR test results within 48 hours, and the results must be produced 24 hours apart. Attendees are also required to take another test upon arrival.
4. Those with the following conditions shouldn’t attend the conference:
People with a travel history to medium-high-risk areas within 7 days before the event;
People with symptoms like fever and unable to exclude the possibility of COVID-19 Infections;
People whose Itinerary Code presents potential risks.
5. Attendees are advised to receive the full series of COVID-19 vaccine.
II. During the Conference
1. Attendees should conduct health self-monitoring on a daily basis. Those who unfortunately come down with potential infections must immediately inform conference staff and go to the designated hospital for treatment in time.
2. Attendees should take PCR test once per day during the event.
3. Attendees are advised not to go to crowded places or attend gatherings unless necessary. Please wear surgical masks correctly all time when taking public transport.
4. During the conference, attendees should wear surgical masks throughout the session after entering the venue.
5. Attendees without green health code or complete health declaration are not allowed to enter the venue.
6. If attendees have an armpit temperature of 37.3℃ or above, or suspected symptoms of COVID-19 during their stay in Wuzhen, they should cooperate with epidemiological investigation and corresponding measures. The attendees should not enter the venue before a definitive diagnosis is made.
7. Each organizing group should appoint a specific person to communicate and coordinate matters related to COVID-19 prevention and control, and urge relevant personnel to comply with the pandemic prevention requirements of Wuzhen Summit. If anyone has an armpit temperature of 37.3℃ or above, or suspected symptoms of COVID-19, the person in charge should inform on-site staff immediately, and cooperate with epidemiological investigation and corresponding measures.
8. Other matters not covered herein shall be implemented in accordance with the disease prevention and control requirements of the conference. Attendees who are found to have covered up their medical, travel or contact histories, taken medicines to conceal symptoms, concealed health conditions or avoided COVID-19 prevention measures are prohibited from attending the conference. Those who have caused serious consequences shall be held accountable in accordance with laws and regulations.
9. The COVID-19 prevention and control policies for the conference will be timely adjusted according to the development of COVID-19.
