Introduction:

The rapid popularization and application of information technology and the Internet has promoted the digital transformation of economic society, supporting the liberation and leap of productivity. During the process of globalization, massive data serve as a key factor to boost economic and social development, and cyberspace data governance becomes a pivotal issue related to global Internet development. Hosted by Cyberspace Administration of China, coordinated by China Industrial Control Systems Cyber Emergency Response Team and Cyber Security Association of China, the forum will invite heads of relevant government agencies, renowned academicians, experts, scholars, and industrial leaders to discuss data security and development, data governance, legislation and practices of personal information protection, and other hot issues, under the theme of “Data Governance and Personal Information Protection”. The forum will serve as a platform to show global practices, enhance communication and cooperation, encourage common development and contribute to the establishment and improvement of global data governance rules and order.
