Introduction:

With the theme of "Jointly Building the Digital Silk Road with a Closer Partnership", the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation on Cyberspace invites high-level representatives from domestic and foreign governments, international organizations, technical communities, research institutions, industry associations, and enterprises to participate. Representatives are expected to hold discussions on such topics as accelerating the construction of information infrastructure, improving public digital literacy, and to offer suggestions for deepening international cooperation on developing the digital Silk Road and jointly building a closer community with a shared future in cyberspace.


The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
