
Giannina Honorio Heredia, a youth leader of the 2025 World Internet Conference (WIC) Global Youth Leadership Program from Peru, joined the 2025 WIC Wuzhen Summit to share her vision of an inclusive digital future.
Giannina founded IncluEdu, an AI platform that teaches sign language to students worldwide, creating opportunities for the deaf community to fully participate in digital life. She emphasized that technology should close societal gaps and empower everyone to reach their full potential.
She urged young people everywhere to actively contribute to technological development and policymaking, building ethical, sustainable, and inclusive digital spaces for all.
The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
