At the 2025 World Internet Conference (WIC) Wuzhen Summit, Zeng Weimin, the vice president of China Telecom Cloud Technology Co Ltd, shared his pride in receiving the WIC Distinguished Contribution Award.

He emphasized that the recognition highlighted the company's role in advancing digital services across China, especially in government, healthcare and in education.

The tech company is widely said to play a key role in providing nationwide computing services, particularly in underserved areas.

Its mission is to use technology to improve lives — making essential services more accessible through innovative cloud solutions.

Zeng concluded his remarks by noting that technology, in addition to being a tool, brings warmth by bridging gaps and solving challenges in society.

The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China.
