Wang Xiaojing is the General Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Ant Group and the Secretary-General of Ant Foundation. Previously, she oversaw branding initiatives across multiple departments at Ant Group, including philanthropy and technology. Wang spearheaded the establishment of Ant Group's CSR department and developed innovative campaigns like Ant Forest. She initiated the "Wind Rider" program to support rural girls' football teams, launched the "Cyber Mulan" program to help women reach their goals, and the "Blue Vest" initiative to assist the elderly through digital means.
Lu Haina
Member, UN Working Group on Discrimination against Women and Girls
Professor, Renmin University of China
Lu Haina was elected as a member of the Working Group on discrimination against women and girls under the United Nations Human Rights Special Procedures in October, 2023 at the 54th regular session of the UN Human Rights Council. Lu is currently the only Chinese expert among the 83 independent experts serving in the UN Human Rights Special Procedures and the second Chinese expert elected to the position since its establishment in 1967. In 2021, she published Big Data, AI and Women’s Rights to Work, the first monograph in China to explore AI from gender and legal perspectives. The book was selected by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions as one of the ten recommended reads for female workers under the 2024 Rose Fragrance reading program. Lu has also contributed to the formulation of the Outline for Women's Development in China (2021-2030) and the Outline on the Development of Chinese Children (2021-2030).
Liu Shimin

Liu Shimin specializes in women’s leadership and corporate social responsibility in Chinese enterprises. She is a core researcher in UIBE's research on China’s economic cooperation with Belt and Road countries and has given lectures on female entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship leadership in the digital era.
Bu Wei
Research Fellow, Institute of Journalism and Communication Studies, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences

Bu Wei, a recipient of the State Council Special Allowance, is a leading scholar in media literacy research in China. She has authored the Women and Media – China Women’s Development Blue Book, and research reports on digital literacy training for rural women. She has also contributed to UN advocacy on children's digital rights.
Jiao Meng

With over a decade of experience in international communications, Jiao Meng has co-authored Tech-Enabled Rural Development: Women's Strength in Rural Vitalization 2024. She has served as an expert judge at international forums, including the China Poverty Reduction International Forum and the Global Poverty Reduction Partners Seminar, jointly organized by China.org.cn and international institutions. She also helped establish the China-WFP South-South Cooperation Knowledge Sharing Platform on the UN World Food Programme’s website.
Zhang Yue

Since 1995, Zhang Yue has hosted Half the Sky on CCTV, a program dedicated to women's issues. She served as a charity ambassador for the 2016 CCTV Charity Night. In December 2024, her latest documentary Her Room was released, once again shedding light on the stories of women who persevere with passion and determination.
