Iris Feng
Iris Feng joined Cisco in 2005. She is currently the General Manager of Cisco China Southern Region. She is the head of Cisco's business development, strategic planning, and operations in South China, and the General Manager of the Overseas Business and Automotive Industry for Cisco China. She is also the initiator of Cisco's "Women of Impact" in Greater China.
Cisco's mission is to connect devices and people and Iris believes that connecting cultures, ideas and resources from different regions through digitalization is the mission of IT professionals. The World Internet Conference brings together leaders of governments, international organizations, and businesses across the globe to share ideas on innovation, technology trends and Internet governance, according to her, adding that Cisco expects the Conference to continue creating more connections for the global Internet industry and to contribute to China's high-quality development.
Now, she is in charge of Cisco China's overseas business, and is committed to helping Chinese companies "go global" more confidently and successfully under the initiatives of Belt and Road and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Outside of work, she has a keen interest in the culinary arts and travel. She loves to explore the world with her family and friends.
The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
